Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community allowing dogs and cats. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per unit, with a combined weight limit of 85 lbs. There is a one-time, $350 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, in addition to monthly pet rent of $25, per pet. Restrictions: Please call our Leasing Office for more information regarding our Pet Policy.
